The body whispers long before she shouts.

If your neck has been tight, your jaw clenching,
or your lower back carrying more than it should…

That’s your nervous system asking for softness.

I’ve opened a few spaces this week for anyone needing to feel held, grounded, and gently put back together 🤍

Your nervous system is always listening.
To the way you breathe.
The way you hold tension.
The speed of your mornings.
The weight you carry quietly.
The softness you rarely give yourself.

When your neck tightens,
when your jaw aches,
when your chest feels heavy,
when your pelvis holds more than it should…
it’s not weakness.
It’s your body whispering:
I need a moment.

In this room, we slow everything down.
We listen.
We unwind what your body has been holding for you.

If your system has been asking for support,
I’ve got space for you this week 🤍

Something is shifting.
Not a new version of me —
just a remembering of who I’ve always been.

This season feels slower, softer, steadier.
More about listening than doing.
More about coming home to myself — in body, heart, and rhythm.

If you’re in your own season of remembering,
this one’s for you 🤍

What an early morning start looks like for a 7am patient…

Coffee ☕
Movement and a little strength to wake my body
More coffee (always)
A simple, nourishing skin ritual
Lunch boxes for the kids
And setting up the treatment room so it feels warm, calm and ready to hold someone else’s morning too.

It’s the quiet, intentional rhythm before the day unfolds.
And I love knowing the first woman who walks through my door steps into a space that’s already grounded, softened, and prepared for her.

Jaw feeling tight?
Clicking?
Tension when you wake up or when you’re stressed?

TMJ dysfunction is so common — especially for women in high-stress seasons, emotional load, or big transitions.
Your jaw is directly connected to your neck, your diaphragm, and your pelvic floor… so when life feels heavy, your jaw often carries it.

In this video I’m showing you a simple way to relieve some of that tension and reconnect your jaw with the rest of your system.
It’s gentle, intentional, and something you can repeat daily.

If your TMJ is sore, clicking, locking, or triggering headaches, there is SO MUCH I can do hands-on in clinic to help.

I’ve still got a few appointments this week if your body needs some support 💛

It’s been a long minute since I’ve done intentional exercise — moved my body with the aim of building strength, easing stress, and waking up my heart and lungs.

About a month ago, I tried to start again… set my alarm early, only to wake up with a rye neck and barely able to move. So I shelved it.

Last night, I set my alarm again — an hour before I needed to get up.
An hour before it went off, Eamon (my 7-year-old) climbed into bed because it was raining.

I could’ve used that as my excuse to stay in bed. But instead, I lay there for half an hour, then got up thirty minutes before my alarm.

It took me 24 minutes to do a 15-minute home workout 🤪 and yes, it was EXACTLY as hard as I expected.

But in this new season of life, I’m choosing me.

Posting this as accountability for myself — and maybe motivation for you too.
It’s ALWAYS the right time to start moving your body with intention.

And if you get sore along the way… that’s what you come and see me for 😉💪

How’s your day starting?

Mine began with a few quiet minutes, legs up the wall — one of my favourite nervous system resets.

This simple pose (literally just lying on your back with your legs resting against a wall) has so many benefits:
✨ encourages blood and lymph flow back toward the heart
✨ reduces swelling and heaviness in the legs
✨ calms the nervous system and supports relaxation
✨ can ease tension through the lower back and pelvis
✨ helps the body shift out of “go mode” and into rest-and-digest

It’s proof that movement doesn’t always have to mean *doing more*.
Sometimes, it’s about *allowing* — space, stillness, and the quiet kind of strength that restores you from the inside out.

Have you tried this one before? 🌸

Strong bodies, strong intuition, strong sense of self.
Here’s to tuning in, lifting up (literally and metaphorically), and backing yourself every day.

Backyard medicine 💛
Just 20 mins of midday sun on your skin (yes, tummy too!) helps your body top up those vitamin D levels — mood, bones, hormones, immune system… all love a little sunshine!

🏇 Ready, Set, Thrive! 🏇 Just like the athletes at the Melbourne Cup, our bodies need balance, strength, and care to go the distance. For women, that means understanding how to keep strong foundations—whether that’s supporting your pelvic floor, managing stress, or finding time for self-care. 🌸

A reminder today: Take the reins of your health, just like jockeys do on the track. Your journey is a marathon, not a sprint, and small adjustments can make all the difference. 💪
