A couple of conversations in clinic recently have helped curate this post.
A gentle reminder that if all this talk of shedding and change feels like it hasnā€™t quite made it to the visible aspects of your life yet, that is aligned with the energy of the year that was.

It isnā€™t very often that we see the snake out in the open, itā€™s more likely hiding somewhere quiet. The horse, however, enjoys being admired.

And just like the energies these metaphysical animals represent, the focus will shift this year too.

With the new year quickly approaching, I wanted to offer small insights into this years energy.

I have had lots of conversations with people who are very excited for this year, and a few who are hesitant.

This year offers energy that we can work with. That we can weave into our lives and help to encourage change and perhaps upgrades to our daily life.

Hopeful that this small intro can ease some overwhelm and perhaps encourage more understanding of approaching this yearly offering.

The sun has been seen as being the giver of all life. This could be the year you grow more then you ever thought possible.
