On the weekend, our Admin Assistant, Alecia took part in the 🌈 Melbourne Pride Run - a community event celebrating inclusion, diversity and wellbeing.

Held around the iconic Tan Track in Melbourne, the event brings people together to walk, jog or run in support of the LGBTQIA+ community and its allies, promoting health, connection and pride.

At Calm Minds Clinic, we believe that feeling safe, accepted and celebrated for who you are is essential for mental wellbeing.

We’re incredibly proud of Alecia for showing up, supporting the community and being part of something that celebrates belonging and inclusion.

Calm Minds Clinic has some news! :)

We are creating a Sensory Centre designed especially for kids who need a space to move, regulate, explore and just be themselves - so basically a space made for all children.

We want to make sure we build something that families actually want and need, not just what we think sounds and looks good!

If you’re a parent or carer of a child with additional needs (or not), we’d be so grateful if you could take 2 minutes to fill out this short questionnaire and share your thoughts. Your feedback will directly shape what the space looks like and the types of sessions we offer.

There’s absolutely no obligation.. We just really value lived experience and want to get this right for our community. :)

Thank you so much!

We’re creating a Sensory Centre within our clinic, a space designed to support children with a range of sensory needs through both open play sessions and more structured activities. The goal is to offer a safe, engaging environment that supports regulation, exploration and skill development in a w...
