Exciting times for Geelong locals

Again this term I am facilitating this fabulous workshop at rosewallcommunitycentre in Corio.

Over 4 Tuesday nights we’ll explore and practice ways to improve your mind, body and soul health.

This workshop is a funded program offered by Rosewall so you must register to attend and pay them directly. The link to do so is in the comments. It’s only $50!

This is aimed at people who have or have not worked with me before - to explore some easy strategies that don’t cost money - and to practice those strategies.

The world is in a dark place so having some strategies in place can only help, true?

I’ve noticed a theme in my clients since the start of the year - wanting to shake off the generational stuff that they’ve carried around forever.

I’m sorry to tell you - if there’s a generation following you, it doesn’t end with you. The more you try to stuff it down and pretend it’s not there, the more it effects your children.

Family karma often misses a generation as well - if you think you got through unscathed…your children may not.

I’ve noticed for myself that this work isn’t just done once - it’s done at different stages of life.

Make a time with me if you think it’s time some clear some of it.

Happy Valentines Day from me to you 💞

I’m a lover of this day - it’s my wedding anniversary ✨ 15 years ago we went to Boston Massachusetts (without any of our friends and family) to get legally married. It was the best day of my life so far 🩷

The weather was in the minus and the place was covered in snow. What we experienced there could not be repeated here in Australia, even now.

Yesterday, spirit whispered in my ear and told me that there’s at least one lady who wants to come to Bali but is worried about a couple of things…

✨ Coming on your own. Most women come on their own. I guarantee you won’t feel alone or stand out in the crowd. We work and play as a group.

✨ Never traveled alone and never been to Bali - worried what to do at the airport. I will walk you through exactly what you need to do well before you get there. My drivers will be there to pick you up at the other end. If you can travel alone Internationally, you can do anything. Chances are you’ll be on a flight with at least one other women coming to the retreat anyway. You will not be left alone.

✨ You’ve heard about the stairs in Bali. Oh the stairs - Bali has lots! Don’t worry - I am not taking you anywhere that you have to climb more than a couple. My team will be there to hold your hand, literally. And you get to decide if something isn’t for you.

✨ I can’t sit on the floor. You don’t have to - there are chairs ☺️ and the Balinese people are very friendly and accommodating too. You won’t stand out either - everyone is in their own thought bubble.
