It has been 16 years of the most deepest love and darkest times of challenge.

The place where I am now is the best ever and I am not done improving, growing, healing and thriving!

The work I have put in has, and always will, be my heart led commitment. BUT these two souls I have been blessed to hold and let fly are my biggest teachers and guides and compasses.

I didn't always know how to truly hear, recognise and understand my children's needs! I searched. I failed. I tried. I failed. I tried some more and this continues!! NEARLY EVERY DAY!

Childosophy™️ and Kinesiology have been my saviours! My busiest hours for holding sessions are between 8pm and 10pm! For my children! I am so lucky to have these tools. The miracles that unfold, I cannot put words to.

⚕️ Kinesiology utilises muscle testing as a bio feedback tool to be in conversation with your body's wisdom.

We start with a thorough consultation to understand specifically what is happening physically, emotionally, and mentally.

We then create a clear goal to recalibrate and align your energy to.

You can then lie on a treatment bed or sit if that feels more comfortable.

Light touch, usually on the hand and arm, gives indications in relation to your goal so your body can guide the session.

Together, we uncover the awareness and remedies you need to release stress, blocks, and imbalances.

💻 Online sessions work the same way — with your permission, I use my muscle to check in with your energy systems to uncover the answers and remedies you need.

⚠️ Firstly- violence in any form is never OK!

S I L E N C E ~

🩵 Sometimes, feelings take time to reflect on, process and integrate before they are addressed. This is healthy and normal.

🩵 Other times, there is shutdown, avoidance and control.

🩵 How do you know which is which?

🩵 Is there anything you need to hear or speak? How does it feel in your body? Is it time for healthy healing through healthy expression?

🩵 How do you feel sitting in silence? How do you feel surrounded by excess noise?

💙 Through my work. I hear of SO MANY family secrets that have been SILENCED for decades. So much shame and heaviness is held in the body, and relationships are fractured and inauthentic.

💙 The liberation these beautiful souls feel through new ways to confront this pain is a gift to be explored in this lifetime!!

💙 Healing for yourself, your family, AND generations before you.

💙 I applaud these brave and courageous ones.

💚 Break the focus. Shift the energy. Reset.
