We understand that everyone’s physical condition is different so we focus on each client’s individual needs, taking into account interests, activities and injuries. Our highly trained staff will work with you to develop tailored programs that includes strengthening, breathing, stretching and rehabilitation. Each program is regularly assessed and will evolve as the client’s physical condition progresses. We understand that it’s easy to lose interest in repetitive exercise, so you can always expect something different each time you come to one of our classes. Because we keep classes small we can give you the personal attention you need to help achieve good technique and correct body alignment.
