Children spend so much of their day at their desks but often forget the importance of good posture. Heres some quick tips to teach your child:

1. Tuck in your chair close to the table so that your tummy is almost touching the table.
2. Sit in a tall, comfortable, and upright position at your desk.
3. Position screens at eye-level to reduce neck, shoulder and eye strain.
4. Take regular movement breaks every 30mins to reduce stress on the body.
