🚨 WE’RE HIRING – SUPPORT WORKER (HIGH INTENSITY CARE)

Optimum Care is looking for a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join our team on the Gold Coast.

📍 Location: Burleigh Heads
⏰ Shifts: Morning (2 hrs) | Evening (2 hrs) | 7 days

You’ll be supporting a participant with high intensity needs, focusing on safe care, dignity, and consistency.

Key responsibilities include:
✔️ Safe manual handling
✔️ Showering assistance
✔️ Brace support (donning & doffing)
✔️ Maintaining spinal precautions

We’re looking for someone who has:
✔️ Experience with high intensity supports
✔️ Manual handling skills (log roll preferred)
✔️ NDIS Worker Screening
✔️ First Aid & CPR
✔️ Certificate III in Disability
✔️ A patient, reliable approach
