I am excited to be in a position to offer small group wellness workshops locally in Gingin. These will provide practical opportunities for interested individuals to unplug, recentre and develop strategies to increase their sense of calm and connectedness.
Workshops will offer 3 sessions, facilitated in conjunction with other skilled professionals, and morning tea over the course of a half day, ensuring participants get value for money.

Water Under Counselling has relocated to 3 Constable street, Gingin. This beautiful new location offers a private waiting room, bright counselling room and a spacious play based therapy area.

Born in Ireland, Una has studied and practiced in both Ireland and Australia, with in excess of a decades experience supporting individuals, couples and families, as they navigate lifes challenges.
Water Under Counselling welcomes diversity, all clients are treated with respect, compassion and curiousity. Clients are collaborated with, to increase their understanding and connection with themselves. Counselling sessions are strengths based and trauma informed.
Water Under Counselling hosts holistic wellness retreats throughout the year. These are offered in conjuction with other practices, and offer participants "A place to pause".
Una is a Level 3 accredited member of the Australian Counselling Association.
