Meet one of my incredible PT clients! She has chosen to remain anonymous which I completely respect.

This client has been working with me for over a year, doing 2 PT sessions per week along with nutrition support.

When this client came to me, she had only been exposed to fad diets and extreme approaches, no wonder she couldn’t succeed in her fat loss endeavours! I wanted to help her gain trust that you can still eat three meals per day AND snacks, you can still go out to eat, you can still have a wine with friends, and you can still eat what she thought were “bad foods” like bread or pasta. Once she established a solid eating structure and had a great understanding of how to structure a well balanced meal, we introduced self tracking and eliminated her reliance on a meal plan.

Not only had this client lost a significant amount of weight and improved her relationship with food, she has improved her posture and gained so much strength in the gym!

So incredibly proud of this girl!

Meet my beautiful online client Nikki!

Nikki came to me in November 2022 with the goal of weight loss & confidence training in the gym.

She had never followed a structured training program or consistently tracked her nutrition.

Nikki has loved the simplicity of following a new meal plan each week along with following a structured training program in the gym.

Not only has this girl achieved insane fat loss results, her technique in the gym has improved significantly, she has gained so much strength & this is only the beginning of her training journey & new found love for the gym!

Nikki is the epitome of a 'coachable client', she asks questions, checks in on time every week, sends training videos for feedback & applies my suggestions and coaching cues every week.

I cannot wait to see what more we can achieve together! This girl deserves every ounce of success she has achieved so far!

Baked Oats ⬇️-100g Rolled oats - 1 X Medium banana - 1 X Egg- Tsp cinnamon (use more if you prefer)- 1 X Cup Lite milk (...

Baked Oats ⬇️

-100g Rolled oats
- 1 X Medium banana
- 1 X Egg
- Tsp cinnamon (use more if you prefer)
- 1 X Cup Lite milk (or preferred milk)
- 1 X tsp baking powder
-2 x tbs Sugar Free Maple (I used the Steeves brand)
- Frozen berries

Pre-heat oven to approx 180 degrees
Blend all ingredients except for berries
Add berries & bake for 25 minutes or until cooked through

Top with yoghurt, cinnamon, fruit, maple syrup🤤

I have been waiting for the right moment to share this transformation, but I wanted to wait because IT KEPT GETTING BETTER!

If any before and after photos prove to you that consistency is key, it’s these ones….

Em has been doing nutrition coaching with me for about a year, and I have never worked with someone who is so happy to eat the same thing day in, day out!

We have followed the most flexible approach, with just focusing on Em’s nutrition alongside daily steps. Whilst a more aggressive and restrictive may have caused FASTER results, Em made it very clear to me that she wanted an approach that is sustainable for her as she is a fussy eater and did not want to give up as soon as she began.

Your weekends don't HAVE to be an instant write-off to your fat loss goals as long as you pre-plan and structure your week appropriately.

From working with hundreds of women, I can confidently say that weekends are the biggest detterant when it comes to achieving fat loss goals, but it does not have to be this way.

Rather than going into the weekend with an all or nothing mindset, look at how you can still be in a calorie deficit on average, within reason.

Fat loss doesn't occur as a response of one single day in isolation, its the collation of days and weeks which count.

Whether you find it easier to adhere to one single calorie target from Monday-Sunday, or structure your week with high and low days, as long as you maintain a calorie deficit on average, fat loss will still occur.

So, find which approach fits your lifestyle and be consistent with it!

✨This is my superstar client Sam.

Sam came to me for nutrition only coaching and had lost a decent chunk of weight before she hit a plateau. We tried decreasing her calories & her weight wasn't shifting. ❗️Scale weight was not the only variable we were looking at here.

This is where the art of coaching comes into play.

I could tell from Sam's check-ins that she was feeling the pinch from dieting for an extended period of time, adherence was starting to slip alongside her enthusiasm towards the process. I told her it was time to put her calories back up to maintenance as I was not going to allow her calories to drop any lower.

I knew Sam was hesitant as she was afraid to gain weight. I raised Sam's calories slightly (knowing she was probably still in a slight deficit) and from here we increased about 80-100 calories per week. To Sam's surprise, her scale weight FINALLY started to move consistently for weeks and she is now maintaining a new low weight, and have a look at her!! 😍 Sam has now been consistently eating 1880-1950 calories per week and she's been maintaining her weight whilst doing LESS daily steps. I know these calories are irrelevant to all of you, but just trying to prove a point that when plateaus arise, sometimes the answer is actually NOT to keep dropping calories and adding cardio/exercise!

So proud of this gorgeous mum!

It's been a minute since I've posted client progress photos! But i'm wanting to share some of the hard work my girls have achieved over the last few months!
