✨ALLIED HEALTH ASSISTANTS ✨
We’re excited to share that clients can now access support from our Allied Health Assistants. AHA's are trained team members who work closely with your psychologist to help you build confidence, practise strategies, and keep momentum between sessions.
AHAs can support you with:
- practising skills introduced in therapy
- real‑life, hands‑on support (in clinic or the community)
- goal-based activities
- extra check‑ins and skills coaching at a lower cost
- staying connected and supported between psychology sessions
All AHA sessions are planned and supervised by your psychologist, ensuring your care stays collaborative, consistent, and aligned with your goals.

✨Meet Chloe ✨
Our resident salad expert and wordsmith.
Chloe is a clinical psychologist and board approved supervisor. She supports clients aged 18+. She has a warm, collaborative approach with clients who are seeking to understand the underlying causes of their challenges.
In particular, Chloe enjoys supporting clients in the following areas:
- low mood, worry, and challenges with adjustment
- trauma and post traumatic stress
- currently serving and past serving veterans and their families
Chloe also offers EMDR as a treatment modality for clients interested in exploring this form of therapy.
