A treatment I did today for a client who had Chronic referred pain from her neck and into her Right Shoulder and upper arm. The dry needling treatment did wonders for her providing instant pain relief! I also combined this with Hot Stones and gentle massage.
Don't rely on strong pain meds which can only temporarily mask the issue.
Best to listen to your body, rest and book yourself in for a professional treatment! 😊
