When people talk about immunity, most of the focus is on diet, supplements, and stress —
but very rarely on what a person has lived through.

Trauma leads to hypervigilance & it shapes the immune system more than most people realise.

A body that spent years bracing will often operate in a different baseline — more inflammation, lighter sleep, quicker fatigue, slower recovery.

Understanding this isn’t about blame or digging into the past.

When you understand the conditions it adapted to, it becomes easier to create the conditions it needs now.
