☀️Spending time outdoors, under real sunlight, has become a non-negotiable for me.

Think about how you feel after a day spent outdoors — playing sport, at the beach, or on holiday.

Most of us feel calmer, lighter, and more at ease. 🌊

What is that telling us?

We weren’t built to live under fluorescent bulbs and filtered air. The body can adapt to that, but it can’t thrive in it.

Natural light regulates our hormones, our mood, our digestion — even our sleep.
It reminds the body what time it is, and the soul where it belongs 🌿

Sometimes we try every supplement, every herb, every cleanse — and still feel stuck.
It’s easy to think, “Why isn’t this working?”
But sometimes, it’s not the protocol that’s at fault… it’s the ground it’s landing on.

Why do the same dynamics keep showing up? 🌀
Often it’s familiarity.

As kids we learn how connection feels before we have language for it. The tone in the room, who gets heard, who goes quiet, and those patterns become a map. Later, we can mistake “what I know” for “what’s right for me”.

That isn’t a flaw. It’s how nervous systems keep us safe.

Two approaches that may help:

✨State shapes choice. When we’re tired or stressed, our boundaries blur and we default to old maps. When we’re settled, we choose differently.

✨Familiar ≠ aligned. The body may lean to what it recognises; your inner voice points to what fits.
