A social enterprise established by iCare Support Services dedicated to providing a supported pathway in training and employment for people with disability in our community 🌿 Equal Ground Yard Maintenance is a social enterprise of iCare Support Services Gladstone, dedicated to providing meaningful employment opportunities for people with disabilities. We proudly serve NDIS and Aged Care clients, and our services are also available to the wider community. Join us in supporting inclusive employment while enjoying top-notch yard maintenance services.

Equal Ground is a social enterprise established by Equal Ground Support Services (formerly iCare Support Services) 💙

Equal Ground provides a supported, real-world learning environment where people with disability can build practical skills, confidence, and independence. The program focuses on capacity building, community participation, and work readiness pathways aligned with individual goals.

Income generated through Equal Ground supports the ongoing delivery and sustainability of the program.

Summer is just around the corner, and the heat can take a real toll on your lawn and garden. Here are a few simple ways to keep your yard healthy through the warmer months:

💧 Water early: Give your plants a deep drink in the morning before the sun gets too strong.
🌱 Mulch garden beds: Helps lock in moisture and keep roots cool.
✂️ Mow regularly (but not too short!): Longer grass shades the soil and prevents it from drying out.
🌾 Prune wisely: Remove dead or damaged branches to help plants use their energy efficiently.
