Introducing “The Pit Stop” – Men’s Circles at Bob’s Garage

Life doesn’t come with a manual — but you don’t have to navigate it alone.

From April 20, Bob’s Garage is launching The Pit Stop — a structured, safe and confidential space for men to come together, talk openly, and support one another.

These aren’t surface-level chats.
This is real conversation.

Led by professional counsellors and respected members of our community with lived experience, The Pit Stop is designed to give men a place to:

Share what’s really going on
Listen without judgment
Build connection and support
Take a moment to reset and refocus

No pressure. No fixing. No ego.
Just a space to be heard.

Whether you’re going through a tough time or just want to connect with other good men — this is for you.

All men are welcome.

Bob’s Garage is hosting a Financial Wellbeing Drop-In Session on Wednesday 8th April from 10am – 4pm, and all men are welcome to come along.

Join Bree from Good Shepherd Australia New Zealand and get practical support to build your financial confidence — including understanding your credit report, accessing your score, and learning ways to improve it.

This is a relaxed drop-in session, so come by at a time that suits you, have a chat, and take a step towards better financial wellbeing.

Introducing “Pit Stop” at Bob’s Garage.

Starting Monday 20 April, Bob’s Garage will host Pit Stop – Men’s Talking Circles, held every second Monday from 6:30pm in our purpose-built garden space.

Like a vehicle, we all need a pit stop sometimes — a chance to check in, connect, and reset.

Join other men from across our region for a relaxed evening of conversation, connection, and a BBQ. No pressure, no judgement — just a supportive space to talk, listen, and share.
