There was a huge line-up for our headspace Gladstone stall at the Tannum Sands State High School Mental Health Week Expo! 💚

Students were keen to stop by, chat, and learn more about mental health and the support available through headspace with Lachy working his usual magic behind the stall. ✨

Big thanks to Tannum Sands SHS for having us and helping make the day such a success!

Week 3 of the Gear Shift program had the crew hitting the tools at Bunnings! 🛠️

Lachy joined the group for a site tour and some hands-on work; building toolboxes, learning new skills, and having a good laugh along the way.

He’ll continue to be part of the journey across the program, supporting participants and being a friendly face from headspace Gladstone each week.

We love seeing young people dive in, give it a go, and come away with something they can be proud of.

💚headspace Day at Mt Larcom Show grounds⛰️
This headspace Day, we’re joining the national call to make space for what matters… for us, its creativity, connection and community 🫟 Some of our regular youth artists came together at the Mt Larcom Showgrounds to get started on our mural “Rays of Hope” ☀️ a vibrant mural celebrating hope, identity, inclusion and belonging. This colourful collaboration is all about making space to express ourselves and shine a little light for others too 🔆 We will be back to finish off once the heat wave passes 🫣

Big thanks to Roseberry Qld for lending the bus to make this trip happen 🙌
