Building strong, meaningful connections with our participants is something we truly pride ourselves on. We believe that when people feel supported and valued, their confidence grows — and amazing things start to happen.

Through person-centred support, we encourage each participant to get out into the community, try new things, and step outside their comfort zone. Whether it’s discovering new places, meeting new people, or going on exciting adventures, we’re right there cheering them on every step of the way.

Together, we’re building confidence, independence, and lifelong memories. 🌟

💦 Spirit Care Girls Hub at Raging Waters! 🌊

On Tuesday our girls headed off to Raging Waters for a day full of fun, laughter, and making memories together — and what an amazing day it was! From thrilling slides to splashing around with friends, the girls embraced every moment with huge smiles and so much confidence.

Days like this are about more than just fun — they’re about building friendships, trying new things, and creating positive experiences that our girls will remember for a long time to come. We are so proud of how well they looked after each other and made the most of every opportunity.

Well done girls — you made Tuesday unforgettable! 💙

Today our Spirit Care girls stepped outside of their comfort zones and tried something completely new — cheerleading with the incredible team at Scorpion All Stars in Smeaton Grange!

We’re so proud of their courage, teamwork, and willingness to give it their all. From learning new routines to supporting one another through every move, they showed so much confidence and positivity.

Huge thank-you to Scorpion All Stars for welcoming us, sharing your skills, and creating such a fun, empowering experience. 🌟

Here’s to trying new things, building confidence, and celebrating every small victory!

What an amazing day with our Spirit Care Girls Hub! 🥰
The girls had the best time going horse riding building confidence, learning new skills, and of course giving lots of pats and cuddles to their beautiful horses. 🐎✨

We also spent time on the farm, feeding the goats (they were SO cheeky!) and collecting fresh chicken eggs straight from the coop. 🐐🥚 The girls asked great questions, helped each other, and really got stuck into every activity.

Days like this remind us how special it is to slow down, connect with nature, and create memories together. So proud of our girls and grateful for experiences like these! 💛

🔬✨ Spirit Care Girls Hub – Science Sensory Space Visit (Wollongong) ✨🔬
Our Spirit Care Girls Hub had a fantastic time visiting the Science Sensory Space in Wollongong! The girls explored hands-on activities that sparked curiosity, creativity, and learning through their senses. The experience encouraged teamwork, confidence, and discovery in a fun and supportive environment. Seeing the girls engage, ask questions, and enjoy learning through play was truly rewarding. 🌈
A wonderful day filled with exploration, connection, and smiles!
