Our clinic hours may vary throughout the month — and this is intentional.
Women are cyclical beings living in a world that still expects linear performance. When we ignore the natural fluctuations of the menstrual cycle, the nervous system pays the price — often through pain, fatigue, emotional depletion, and hormonal imbalance.
From a physiological perspective, estrogen-dominant phases support outward energy, communication, and extension, while progesterone-dominant and menstrual phases prioritise immune function, tissue repair, emotional processing, and nervous system recalibration. This is not preference — it is biology.
As therapists, the quality of care we provide is inseparable from the state of our own regulation. Honouring our cycles allows us to offer grounded, present, and sustainable care — not just short-term availability.
This is not about doing less.It is about doing what is honest, ethical, and sustainable.
We believe healthcare should model the very balance it encourages.
