The Trifecta Lift is an advanced cosmetic eyelid procedure designed to reinvigorate the midface area. This technique combines a lower blepharoplasty with volume adjustment in the middle facial floor and skin resurfacing procedures, which may include laser therapy, mesotherapy, or chemical peels.

Breast implant removal, or explant surgery, can be performed for many reasons — from addressing complications to simply choosing not to have implants. Dr Kernohan can remove implants and, if desired, combine the procedure with a breast lift or fat transfer to restore natural shape and volume.
