The list goes on. What I have seen in my practice with massage is that receiving a massage is an act of self nurture and self responsibility. You are making the active choice to give your aches and stresses to someone else to help ease the load. This is why we have services from other people. A true massage therapist will be present through the session and work through those areas of tension and most probably find other areas as well that are inflamed, knotted and tense. This is how the body works - as one connected unit, tugging on other parts of the body to compensate those weaker areas.

I work flexible hours :

Mondays - Tuesdays - Wednesdays - Thursdays - Friday and Saturdays .

My rate is $80 an hour and $115 for 1.5 hours.
