Feeling sore 1–2 days after a workout? 👀

That’s likely Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness (DOMS) — a completely normal response when you try something new or push a little harder.

✨ Shows up 24–72 hours after exercise
✨ Feels stiff, tender, tight
✨ It’s your body adapting and getting stronger

While you can’t avoid DOMS completely, you can support your recovery:
✔️ Gentle movement (walk, stretch, yoga)
✔️ Hydration
✔️ Warm up & cool down properly
✔️ Foam rolling
✔️ Rest

Need extra support? Remedial massage and physiotherapy can help ease tension, improve circulation, and guide you with the right exercise plan so you keep progressing safely.

If your pain feels sharp, intense, or lasts more than a few days, it’s worth getting it checked.
