Flu season is here, and school holidays are the perfect time to get the whole family protected. We're running extended doctor-run vaccination clinics from 28 March through to 18 April, with morning, afternoon and weekend sessions to fit around your plans.

How do different hay fever treatments work and which one should you pick?

It's the time of the year when (almost) every Melbourne resident will browse their phone with swollen eyes, scratchy throats, and runny noses. Not to look up footy final info or check on the day's weather (nay, season). They'll do it to search for Melbourne's pollen count.

Melbourne’s apocalyptic is coming back. Ryegrass pollens are usually to blame for this onset of hayfever symptoms. These pollens get trapped in the tiny hairs inside your nose, often triggering an allergic reaction. Your immune system thinks it’s under attack. Nasal cavities become inflamed, causing your body to create more mucus in an attempt to flush out the irritating particles.

Heathershaw's 💊 has been formulated with quercetin. It's a plant flavonol found in many fruits, vegetables, leaves, seeds, and grains such as capers, red onions, and kale. It's said to have anti-allergic functions that are known for inhibiting histamine production. Quercetin also functions as an anti-inflammatory.
