Advanced Wholistic Remedies

Advanced Wholistic Remedies Tobias' approach to massage combines a remedial based foundation with a holistic touch.

Advanced Wholistic Remedies provides clinic and mobile home massage services as well as a range of carefully selected health and wellness products These currently include hand-crafted Aromatherapy Facial & Body Energy Mists and Healing Massage Balms. Different modalities, styles and techniques are used to facilitate a healing process and treatment specific to your individual needs. A wide range of therapies and intuitive techniques are used to help release specific 'holding patterns' within the body. These holding patterns can present as blockages to optimal energy flow and may be due to previous injury, trauma or long standing postural issues. The patterns can remain embedded for many years, even after the tissue seems physically healed. Musculoskeletal dysfunction and pain may be caused by an underlying 'emotional store' or 'charge' within affected muscles and surrounding tissues. Through a guided process of hands on bodywork, remedial massage and intuitive healing, you can experience a profound release of stored tension, pain and restricted movement within the body. Services are currently available from 2 clinic locations:

1) Mile End @ Higher Health Wellness Center: Weekly Thursdays and alternate Fridays

Last night I had the opportunity to chat about my business services and products at the Podcast City & Business House Australia Evening Network & Connections Meeting at the Parkside Hotel.

We had a great turnout with many regular attendees and several new faces too. As usual, it was a very worthwhile and engaging evening, with many inspiring stories, journeys and life lessons shared in the context of personal growth and business development.

Public speaking is not always something that I generally look forward to, usually tending to avoid it when possible. However, in the last few years I've been trying to push myself to do it, despite the great personal challenges I experience when doing so.

By facing these fears and stepping out of our comfort zone, we get to experience a different version of ourselves, beyond what we thought was once possible.

At deeper levels, our mind and souls yearn for expansion and growth in whatever way is right for us, so that we may have the opportunity to experience new possibilities within the already latent potential of who we are.

So, if you're looking to connect with like-minded individuals, expand your business network and have the opportunity to share your passion, these are great events to come along to. For more info, please go to:

We had a eventful day yesterday providing recovery massages for the Flinders Uni Sports & Fitness Team at the 2025 City to Bay.

It was quite wet and dreary but there were patches of sunshine here and there. Luckily, we were setup undercover in a solid marquee and kept so busy that we managed to stay warm.

Those that participated were thankful to have to opportunity for a quick massage from either me, Seiko or Ru.

Had a really nice day yesterday at a local conference at Port Adelaide, providing Chair Massage to attendees and showcasing my Aromatherapy Products.

Thanks to Iliana Sara for being there to assist me and make a positive difference to those that participated.

The weather was quite mild getting up to 21°C and almost warm enough for us to move outside to one of the garden areas.

I'm all set up and ready to go with Chair Massages today at Anytime Fitness. It's a magnificent day outside today and almost too nice to be at the gym, except for the fact that today is the national Day Zero Sale:

We had a great time at the Gawler Psychic Fair on the weekend with plenty of people turning out to experience the many and varied therapies, products, arts, crafts and much more on offer.

Linda Clark from Dantian Massage and I were kept quite busy providing chair massages, and there was lots of interest in my aromatherapy sprays and balms too.

The weather was cold outside, but the sun came out for both days on Saturday and Sunday, and we were nice and warm inside the main function room, which was really nice.

I also had the opportunity to reconnect with many familiar faces, including Marg Brassington - Purposeful Life, Sally from Es Ti Wellbeing, Carly Evans from Rising of the Phoenix and many others...
