Perfect Rugby week. J wins the grand final, and tonight the rugby loving part of the family are off to see the British Lions. Thank to the loyal followers and ex employees for the calls to say you are thinking of me. Appreciated. I am chuffed.

When Dr David's first patient of the day is 9 years old and arrives with her perfectly illustrated instructions on being brave. At this age I think she could be a talented artist or doctor, probably both. Thank you so much for making Dr David' day.

How privileged to attend the Australian Open on a star studded match day. Thank you again Ramsay Health.
On another note, remembering happy times attending super box concerts with the late Guy Dowling founding surgeon Waverley Plastic Surgery.
Here in the day at the Melbourne Tennis Centre I was fortunate enough to see Billy Joel, Matchbox 20 and Cat Stevens live.
The night we all saw Cat Stevens was the last time I ever saw Guy Dowling. I still have his legendary eclectic 4,000 song playlist on his ipod which I play on my archaic Bose ipod speaker. Such exquisite taste in artists and a genuine renaissance man.
Never forgotten and a gift to so many people who knew you. Guy Dowling, today you are remembered.

All our patients keep asking where our dear Bridget is.

Our beloved smiling receptionist managed to complete her degree in Fine Art at Monash University whilst holding the fort at WPS on Dr David's consulting days.On earning her degree, Bridget became full time with with the intention of traveling across the seas.

Bridget was then offered the absolute dream job as curatorial assistant at the Nation Gallery of Victoria and so has gone on to much much greener pastures. Well done Bridget!!!!!!

We miss Bridget's smiling face terribly (and her quirky outbursts which are almost impossible to capture on an iPhone). At the same time we are enormously happy for her and proud and not surprised that she was snapped up by the most prestigious art gallery in the entire country. Bridget is such a special and talented person and we wish her the absolute best with her career in the arts.

On the spot repairs. Don’t try this at home.
Dr David’s son Julian had a run in with a rugby boot last weekend. 9 stitches (Dad too him to work to fix this one) so now his left cheek matches the bump that appeared on Julian’s nose after a pre season training session. Mum is not happy !
Dr David is the on ground plastic surgeon for Australia / Wales match in July.
Will the Wallabies win?!
