Introducing Clara - Woodcroft Family Practice's new Psychologist! Clara is a registered psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Clara has worked with people across a broad range of ages and life experiences, facing complex physical, social and mental health issues, ranging from supporting children and their families living with Type 1 Diabetes, to adults wanting to engage in therapy to improve their relationships. She is experienced in delivering authentic, compassionate care, working closely with you to tailor evidence-based therapy modalities to suit your individual needs and goals in treatment. Clara is trained in and uses frameworks such as:
o Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
o Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
o Motivational Interviewing (MI)
o Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) Clara's goal is to create a safe space to help you explore your thoughts and feelings. Clara will be starting with us on 6th December 2025, so please phone Woodcroft Family Practice on 9831 8084 to book an appointment.
