Disability Support Workers Wanted
Male & Female Support Worker Positions: Up to 35 Hours Per Week | Regular Ongoing Roster

We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and experienced Disability Support Workers to join our small, supportive team. This role will involve working with multiple clients, both youth and adults, providing consistent support across home, community, and capacity-building activities.
For the right applicant, we can offer:
• Up to 35 hours per week on a regular and stable roster
• Additional cover shifts where available
• Additional fortnightly or monthly Saturday shifts available if desired
• A supportive environment with clear communication and consistent clients

About the Role
You will be supporting clients with:
• Mental health challenges
• Daily living and household tasks
• Community access
• Capacity-building goals
• Emotional regulation and routine building
• Transport to appointments and community activities
• Social engagement and confidence-building
We are looking for someone with a genuine commitment to empowering clients while maintaining professional boundaries and a person-centred approach.

Essential Requirements
• Prior experience working with mental health, psychosocial disability, or behavioural support needs
• Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
• Driver’s Licence & reliable, insured vehicle
• Current First Aid & CPR
• Ability to work independently and follow support plans
• Strong communication and note-taking skills
• Comfortable working with clients of various ages
Male position: Must be comfortable supporting male clients across different age groups including domestic assistance and personal care.
Female position: Must be comfortable supporting female and Male clients with domestic assistance and personal care.
