Such a warm and wonderful Friday night spent with a gorgeous bunch of humans. Its the little things we can tend to leave behind when we get BUSY that are most Nourishing and important in our lives..we painted the mystical Mycellium mushrooms and discussed the remarkable healing powers of mushroom medicine....
The art skilfully led by Angie-Lynne and Mushroom Medicine led by Jo Sweeney. A dynamic duo..more of these wonderful offerings to come this winter.

Join and myself 6th December for a wonderful 4 hour half day retreat where we shake of the year 2025 and discover our intentions for 2026 dueing mindful meditations and long Slow Deep Yin session. Word affirmation and manifestation art and take home good vibes, art work and healthy new intention and gratitude for what has been 2025 and what will be in 2026 🙏🙏❤️🔥💖
