If you think broccoli is boring… you just haven’t met her like this 🥹

We know it can be hard to actually enjoy getting your veggies in… so this recipe is definitely a life hack 🤌🏼

Crispy edges, warm spices, a little caramelisation moment… suddenly your body’s getting what it needs + you’re obsessed in the process!

Roast Spiced Broccoli (the upgrade your dinner needed)

Ingredients:
– 1 large head broccoli, cut into florets
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tsp smoked paprika
– 1/2 tsp cumin
– 1/2 tsp turmeric
– 1/2 tsp garlic powder
– Pinch of chilli flakes (optional but recommended)
– Salt + pepper
– Squeeze of fresh lemon
– Optional: sprinkle of sesame seeds or tahini drizzle

Method:

1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
2. Toss broccoli in olive oil, spices, salt + pepper until fully coated.
3. Spread evenly on a baking tray (don’t overcrowd — this is how you get the crisp)
4. Roast for 20–25 mins until golden, slightly charred, and crispy on the edges.
5. Finish with a squeeze of lemon and any extras (tahini takes it next level).

Something cosy + yummy for the weekend…✨

These sweet potato brownies are perfectly rich + fudgy, but made with real, whole ingredients your body knows what to do with!

THE RECIPE 👉🏻

– 1 cup mashed sweet potato (roasted or steamed until soft)
– 1/2 cup nut butter (almond or peanut works best)
– 1/4 cup maple syrup
– 1/4 cup ceremonial cacao (fine)
– 1/4 cup oat flour (or blended oats)
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1/2 tsp baking soda
– Pinch of sea salt
Optional: dark chocolate chips (still great without)

Mix everything together until smooth, pour into a lined tray, and bake at 180°C for 20–25 mins. Let them cool (important for that fudgy texture) and enjoy.
