Megan comes to Bayside with over 20 years of experience in allied health administration, and she is already slotting in like she has been here for years with her showing adeptness to every task thrown her way!

Outside of work, she loves to spend time with her daughter and travel.

It was R U OK day on Thursday, and on a broader note October is Mental Health Month.

Mental health is a complex topic for many, but we encourage you as best you can to reach out to others, but also intrinsically for yourself this and every month. A conversation can change a life 🧡

The role of movement and exercise also cannot be understated in regards to mental health, with it being proven to reduce stress and anxiety as well as boosting mood and sleep quality!
