Just to let you all know that I'll be closed from Wednesday 24 December 2025 to Monday 12 January 2026 (inclusive).

Gift vouchers will be available to purchase/collect up until 7.30pm on Tuesday 23 December 2025. We can also do this electronically, as long as funds have been received before the cut-off.

At this point, I'm currently fully booked for the week of my return to clinic, and am taking appointments from Tuesday 20 January 2026🎅🎄🎁

With less than 8 weeks until Christmas (and I take a break over the Christmas/New Year period - I'll post details shortly), I thought I'd update you on the remaining availability for this year, which currently looks like this:-

Tuesday 4 November - Between 9.30am & 3pm
Tuesday 18 November - Between 9.30am & 3.15pm
Tuesday 25 November - 11.15am & 2.45pm
Thursday 27 November - 11.45am
Tuesday 9 December - 4.15pm
Tuesday 16 December - 9.30am

These spots are all based on a 60-minute treatment, with some flexibility around start times and duration.

Happy Friday, Peeps ... we're on the downhill run to the weekend!!

Quick question - would there be a level of interest if I were to start stocking magnesium products again? Do you have a preference of spray, lotion, roll-on, bath flakes, drinks? Regular, sleep or joint products?

Just wanting to gauge interest before investing in product.
