Zen shower meditation is how I started my meditation journey. Having that time to myself each day was something I started to look forward to . Zen meditation is about being present in the moment . If you feel you are a person who just doesn’t have time to meditate you can multitask meditation with hygiene 🤣🤣

Every time you take a shower, you have an excellent opportunity to practice Zen. While you are in the shower, focus on the experience you are having at that moment. Listen to the sound of the water; smell the fragrance of soap as it mingles with the steam; feel the warm sensation of water on your skin. Focus on what is happening right there at that moment. If you catch your mind wandering on to other things outside of the moment, gently refocus on the sounds, smells and sensations in the present moment.
