I personally love the Ice Blue + Copiaba stick! It is FANTASTIC for aches, sprains & even that monthly back pain that some of us get. I use the Ice Blue stick on my lower back & Clary Calm on my front to aid with womanly support. Using these products this way allows for me to still use a heat pack on my abdomen if i require it.

When it comes to essential oil use, the sky really is the limit. You are only limited by your imagination and your willingness to want to make the thing.

In the beginning, I didn't DIY, but now there are some things I most certainly do! And you wanna know what? It's way cheaper than store bought, AND I know exactly what's in it! 💯

These wet wipes for example cost me literally like $1 to make!
The ones I used to buy at the store $2.69.
That means I'm saving $1.69 (roughly) per container of wipes I make. Or, I get two containers of wipes to each one packet inised to buy.

Yes, there is an initial outlay, but it is well worth it in the long run.
