There was a time I thought I was the answer. That everything I needed could be found within me, my discipline, my breath, my mindset, my vibration.

But here’s the truth:

That kind of strength has a ceiling.
Eventually, I hit it.

I was deep into new age teachings. I believed I was co-creating with “the Universe.”

But one day, I asked myself:
Who is the Universe?
What does it stand for?
What moral compass does it give me?
What is Truth, really?
I started to see the patterns…

So many of these “new age” teachings were just biblical truths repackaged.

Authors selling what Scripture already gave us, minus the source.

The breath of life? That’s God’s gift.
Manifestation? That’s faith and obedience.
Inner peace? That’s the Holy Spirit.
Identity? That’s found in Christ.

When I came back to God, everything changed.

My mental resilience didn’t just grow, it deepened.
It’s no longer built on shaky self-belief…
It’s rooted in Truth, grace, and the Word.
Now, I don’t rely on my own strength anymore.
Because I know who walks with me.

Our community run kicks off tomorrow. We meet at 5am sharp at Chaddies Patties, Hollywell… and you can run any distance you like.

Start your week by putting your faith in God first, no matter your circumstances.

Set a personal goal. Distance or time, it doesn’t matter, just move your body and show up for yourself.

As an ambassador for , I’m running the UTA 100 to raise awareness for survivors (and those still trapped) in modern slavery right here in Australia.

This isn’t just about running. It’s about purpose.

9 months ago, my life took a 180° turn.

For years, I was trapped in a cycle of depression, anxiety, and self-sabotage, watching life pass me by while feeling empty inside. I chased pleasure, avoided responsibility, and ignored the deeper calling in my heart.
But when I hit rock bottom, I made a decision that changed everything…
I chose faith over fear.
I chose purpose over pleasure.
I chose character over comfort.
I gave my life to God, brought structure to my family, surrounded myself with kingdom men, and started building a legacy with my wife. Life isn’t perfect, but it’s meaningful now.

If you’re feeling lost, know this… there is hope. 🙏 God has a plan for you too.

It's super important to steer clear of injuries if you want to keep up an active lifestyle and avoid feeling uncomfortable. Make sure to add some mobility exercises to your usual routine to stay in tip-top shape and feel awesome! Don't forget to do some daily mobility routines to boost your overall fitness and well-being.
