Save to make these delicious bebes later 😋

ingredients.

🍃1 cup almond meal🍃1 cup pitted dates🍃1 cup desiccated coconut🍃3 scoops Arbonne Chocolate Protein ShakeMix🍃2 heaped Tbs organic cacao🍃2 Tbs honey / agave🍃2 Tbs organic peanut butter (optional)🍃Pinch salt🍃Tap water to sticky consistency

method.

1. Blitz dates in food processor.2. Add all ingredients & adjust water until you reach a sticky consistency so dryingredients hold together when rolling into a ball.3. Use a full teaspoon to scoop out mix to a consistent size & roll into balls.4. Coat with extra desiccated coconut & store in an air tight container in the fridge.

Easy. Breezy. B-e-a-utiful 🤤

There is truly nothing better than being healthy! We all seem to take our health for granted, then when we are sick, we do anything we can to get better. Why not do things every single day to avoid getting sick in the first place?!

IT'S NACHO TUESDAY! 💃🏽 ⁠⁠
And what better than to replace the corn chips with sweet potato chips! 🍠 😜⁠⁠
⁠⁠
👉🏽 2 Large Sweet Potato’s (600g roughly)⁠⁠
👉🏽 2x Tsp Olive Oil (see the method as separately used)⁠⁠
👉🏽 1 Tsp Sea Salt⁠⁠
👉🏽 1 Tsp Dried Rosemary⁠⁠
👉🏽 3 Tomatoes, diced ⁠⁠
👉🏽 1⁄2 Red Onion, diced⁠⁠
👉🏽 1 Long Red Chilli, diced⁠⁠
👉🏽 1 Lebanese Cucumber, diced⁠⁠
👉🏽 1⁄4 Cup Fresh Coriander, chopped ⁠⁠
👉🏽 Juice of 1 Lime⁠⁠
👉🏽 1 large Avocado⁠⁠
👉🏽 1⁄2 Cup Black Beans⁠⁠
👉🏽 Salt & Pepper to taste⁠⁠

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line two baking trays with baking paper. Wash the sweet potatoes thoroughly, leaving the skin on, thinly slice into discs and lay on a baking tray. Drizzle the olive oil, salt and rosemary over then cook for 15-20 minutes or until cooked. Turn if required.⁠⁠

While the chips are cooking, place the tomatoes (reserving 2 tablespoons for the guacamole), chilli (remove seeds for less spice), onion, cucumber and coriander in a large mixing bowl. Add half of the lime juice, the second teaspoon of olive oil, salt and pepper to taste and mix together well.⁠⁠

To make guacamole, place half the avocado flesh in a bowl, the reserved 2 tablespoons of tomatoes, remaining lime juice and salt and pepper to taste. Mash together with a fork.⁠⁠
⁠⁠
Heat or smash the black beans ready to top, whichever you prefer.⁠⁠
Once the sweet potato chips are cooked, spread on a plate, top with the tomato salsa, beans and guacamole. ENJOY! 🥰⁠⁠
