♡ M O T H E R' S B A L A N C E ♡
After a much needed break I am excited to be back holding my pre and post natal yoga class Mother's Balance.
This class is a beautiful combination of Vinyasa and Yin Yoga.
Starting off with a gentle vinyasa flow, moving with breath to stimulate and shift prana or energy throughout your body. This is then followed by a yin style practice to balance, relax, lengthen and release your body and mind.
Find balance with this invigorating yet soothing class. With modifications available, the class is suitable for all stages of from pregnancy to any stage postpartum.
Held on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month, 7:15pm in Varsity Lakes.
