Huge congratulations to Good Mover for smashing the Spring Back into Strength members challenge.

The goal was to create healthy habits and consistency by repeating 5 min workouts as many times as you can each week.

Pilates is more than a workout, it’s about re-aligning the body and moving forward everyday with stronger foundations. 

And if you don’t know where to start, you start with 5 minutes, because consistency trumps intensity and brings you greater confidence and self discipline, and that… well that’ll boost your everything!
