This event went off with a bang! 25 brave souls came to stretch their edges; push past their limiting beliefs and use the breath to break through any resistance that came up!

It was such an amazing gift to witness the shifts in each and every person who showed up for themselves here, all walking away invigorated and elated of what that all accomplished.
The physical, mental and spiritual rewards of this practice are undeniable!

Working on ourselves is the highest thing we can do for it all.

I hadn't layed down for a breathework session since early February and I could just 'feel' it in my body that I needed it...I had something that needed to be shifted...and over the weekend I did just that..and then some! I LOVE this work!

Thankyou to my beautiful friend, sister and fellow practitioner Holli for holding space for me so I could do some self-healing, was another epic journey for me!🤗🙏🏾💜
