Classic Aussie Rocky Road!
Get ready for a sweet, chewy, chocolaty treat perfect for the holidays!

You’ll need:
🍫250g milk or dark chocolate
🍫200g marshmallows, chopped
🍫100g plain biscuits, roughly chopped
🍫Handful of red frogs or your fave lollies.

How to make it:
✨Line a 20cm x 20cm pan with baking paper.
✨Melt chocolate (bain-marie or microwave).
✨Fold in marshmallows, biscuits, lollies, and extras.
✨Pour into pan & press down gently.
✨Chill 2–3 hours until firm.
✨Slice & enjoy! 🎉
