How to Set Goals for 2026

Here’s an example of how to make it work for you

Over 40’s Transformation Centre

The Over 40’s Transformation Centre concept was born from husband and wife team George and Melissa Saragas.

George is a former Elite Athlete for Sprinting from the Institute of Sport Canberra, his accomplishments include Powerlifting, Bodybuilding and an Author of many books with extensive knowledge in Health, Training and Nutrition.

Melissa has a background in Fitness, Pilates, Dance, Gymnastics and holds a Graduate Diploma in Business and Counselling. Melissa is the Founder and Designer of Messina Fit Ladies Activewear which can be purchased in the facilities.

Over 40’s Transformation Centre specialises in weight loss, training, and Nutrition for Men and Women over 40 and beyond. Over 40 Transformation Centre is quite different to any other facility. Our unique method focuses on results for over 40’s and is primarily the same as hiring a personal trainer without the price tag.
