RESISTANCE BANDS ****60 minute Class
Wednesday - Advanced 6.15pm
Saturday - Beginners to Medium 8.30am
Much harder than you may think. YIN YOGA AND MEDITATION **** 90 minute Class
Monday - 5.30pm to 7pm
Tuesday - 6pm to 7.30pm
This class is a powerful mind and body experience. You will leave feeling exhilarated and zen. Open to beginners and all Yogies alike. CIRCUIT CARDIO *** 60-minute class
Tuesday - 4.30pm
If you are looking for something of a challenge this class is for you. Combining a combination of strength and cardio training. Four rounds, 12 exercises at 40-second intervals. STRETCH CLASS ****60 minute class
Saturday - 10.30am
A combination of stretch and yoga this is a wonderful way to start your weekend especially if you have trained hard during the week or you have muscle soreness in general. PERSONAL TRAINING available on request.
