Meet , gorgeous mum of 5 & all round epic human 🫶🏻

Rihana reached out to me late last year looking for guidance to help her build confidence in the gym.

She wasn’t overly focused on fat loss, she just wanted to gain skill in her lifting technique, but any physique improvements were a bonus!

She certainly wasn’t expecting to lose just under 5kg in 10 weeks (especially with the Christmas period in the mix) and have the whole process feel so effortless 👏🏻🙏🏻

Rihana has consistently shown up for herself each and every week by committing to…

Some 2024 learnings from me to you 🫶🏻

We are ALWAYS evolving, and the transition from one year to another is always a good time to reflect on your growth. 

These 5 beliefs of mine are personal and not necessarily just health and fitness related…

But I hope you can take away the biggest point I’m trying to get across:

Go through life being open to changing your mind.

Be open to learning, to trying new things, to questioning your beliefs, to rewriting the script. 

Remember - you will never get to where you want to go, doing what you’ve always done. Evolving is essential - becoming who you are SUPPOSED to be requires upgrading your software and the way you think, act and do.

Incase you were wondering what 2 years of dedication to the gym looks like 👀🚀❤️‍🔥

started with me in November 2022 and has stuck around ever since! Her goal has always been to create a healthy lifestyle & to build strength in the gym.

Not only has Jayne COMPLETELY changed her physique and built some insaaaneeeee muscles 😮‍💨💪🏻 she’s also dropped 14kg through minimally restrictive fat loss phases, and is now on the final leg of her wed shred!! 👰‍♀️

I’m obsessed with how much Jayne has learned to love her training & the fact that it has become such an important part of her life and who she is as a person.

Forever so proud of you 🥹 and so glad you took the leap to make a change this time 2 years ago!! ❤️

recomp journey so far 🚀 and honestly what an epic journey it’s been! 🥹

STORY TIME - I was low key SO nervy when Paige booked in for a consult with me as I had never coached another trainer before. I was questioning my skill set & wondering how I would be able to help.

But when I spoke with her, it became obvious that what she really needed was for someone to take the mental energy that came with looking after her own health & fitness off her plate, and for someone to hold her accountable & to the standard she sets for her own clients.

I also discovered that she’d been holding herself back by not eating enough food!!! We started our journey with a reverse diet, bringing her cals up to the highest she’d ever tracked, and followed it with an 8 week fat loss phase.

Her initial goal was to get from 75kg to 70kg - today she weighed in at her lightest ever weight of 63.4kg 🚀 her commitment to the process, dedication & adherence allowed her to MASSIVELY surpass her own expectations and show her what she’s truly capable of.

In this next phase we are leaning into the build while maintaining a nutrient dense diet, minimising fat gain and building as much strength and muscle as we can.

Look out for this one!!!! She’s found her stride and there’s no slowing down now 🔥⚡️
