Rihana reached out to me late last year looking for guidance to help her build confidence in the gym.
She wasn’t overly focused on fat loss, she just wanted to gain skill in her lifting technique, but any physique improvements were a bonus!
She certainly wasn’t expecting to lose just under 5kg in 10 weeks (especially with the Christmas period in the mix) and have the whole process feel so effortless 👏🏻🙏🏻
