It was delightful to chat so candidly with a work mate from years ago ❤️

An aging Aunt and a beautiful friend in Canada!❤️

My heart is so full today with the beautiful people I am blessed to have in my life!❤️

HEALING of SELF.❤️
When we carry our past s*xual traumas with us in the old dusty suitcase that is buried deep inside ourselves, you know, the one with stuff we don’t want to deal with? Often as adults it causes us to have negative self belief systems that hold us back from reaching our full potential. One day that suitcase can just spring open and leak out and unpleasant, memories come flooding back. The only way to heal, is to speak. When we read or hear others stories of assault, we often feel a solidarity if their story is similar to ours. We have a feeling of relief that it didn’t just happen to us and we are not alone. Sharing our stories with others encourages them to share theirs, often for the very first time. This helps facilitate healing of self and when individuals are healed this facilitates global healing.
These conversations have to happen for us to heal ourselves and the world.
