Honestly, when I look back at this year, I feel so proud of how much growth I had. 💛

It started with family holidays and breathwork facilitator training, moved into invites to guest teaching inside someone else’s academy, and then took me all the way to Bali for my own healing journey, which became a real catalyst for asking, who am I? Queue the rabbit hole journey.

From there, the year deepened. Watching other mediums work, refining my own skills, getting clear on my goals, upgrading my tech, and supporting a friend as she launched her first retreat. I took on a new mentor, found my voice in a whole new way, and started shaping my brand from a much more authentic place.

This was also the year I launched my podcast, shared my origin story on stage, supported retreats, ran in person workshops, guested on five podcasts, and expanded my vision through experiences like Dubai and the Billionaires Table. I closed the year by bringing my first Christmas Connections student demonstration to the public something that felt really special 💙 and made me exceptionally proud of my students.

So much growth, so much clarity, so much alignment.

I’m really grateful for everything this year showed me about who I am, how I work, and what I’m here to build.

And honestly… 2026 I am ready to go 🔥

Most spiritual “rules” were created by people who needed control, not truth.

If your experiences don’t fit the script
If your awareness didn’t arrive politely
If it showed up in the middle of real life, not a ceremony

That doesn’t mean you’re doing it wrong.

It means your connection doesn’t need permission.

You don’t have to earn access.
You don’t have to wait to be chosen.
You don’t have to dilute what’s already active just to belong.

This work was never meant to be exclusive.
It was meant to be lived.

But let me tell you this...

Not fitting in was never a problem.

It was your first sign.

The ones who don’t fit were never meant to.

They were built to see differently.

Feel deeper.

Disrupt quietly until they don’t.

When my dad died, I thought the pain would shut everything down.

Instead, it cracked something open in me that I didn’t even know I was avoiding.

From collapsing on the airport floor to sitting in that quiet room in Germany, every part of me felt lost. And then the wind chime moved. No draft. No reason. Just a moment that shifted everything.

I knew it was him.
I knew I wasn’t imagining it.
I knew Spirit had been trying to reach me for years.

Grief didn’t take my connection away.

It made me see it.

The holiday season can feel like a lot. Especially if you’re missing someone you love.

Christmas Connection is a beautiful, heart-led mediumship event where my student mediums will be sharing connections & messages from your loved ones in Spirit.

This is a student demonstration, so while the connections are powerful, the readings will be around 10 minutes each – and not everyone is guaranteed a message.

💛 But even just sitting in this energy can be healing.

It’s free to attend, but you need to register to join us live.

There’s no recording, and the Zoom room will be locked 5 minutes after we begin.

Mediumship became more than a skill for me.

It became a space where healing could happen... naturally, honestly, and without force.

As my connection deepened, so did my awareness.

Things surfaced... feelings moved.

Parts of me softened, integrated, released.

Not because something was wrong... but because Spirit works through truth and compassion, not avoidance.

This is what mediumship opened inside me.

And it’s why I see it as a healing modality, not just an ability.

Hi, Alysa here. 👋

I am a mother of 4 through my beautifully blended family and the owner and CEO of Afeva's Insights.

Afeva is me, a name passed down from my father’s side, and being Afeva is my blessing and my higher self connection. My business has been my budding purpose.

I had my first Tarot reading at 15, bought my first deck, and never stopped.

I love my pets, my indoor jungle, and meaningful witchy conversations.

I wanted to give others the healing and connection I had been without, but I had built my practice in a box.

With ADHD, I created a system that didn’t complement my body. I relied on outside tools so much that I felt broken and even questioned if mediumship was for me.

Since working with Em and the academy in April 2025, everything shifted. I now feel capable, connected, and in flow. Em gets to the root of mediumship and understands how your body and experiences shape your connection. I have had profound growth because she meets me exactly where I am and gives me tools to integrate the healing.
