Think you're just tired? You might actually be dehydrated!
Hydration plays a massive role in your energy, performance, and recovery — and it's not just about drinking more water (although if you don't drink enough water that's a great place to start!

If you're frequently crashing in the afternoon, dealing with muscle cramps, brain fog, or slow recovery... electrolyte balance might be the missing piece.
