Think you're just tired? You might actually be dehydrated!
Hydration plays a massive role in your energy, performance, and recovery — and it's not just about drinking more water (although if you don't drink enough water that's a great place to start!

If you're frequently crashing in the afternoon, dealing with muscle cramps, brain fog, or slow recovery... electrolyte balance might be the missing piece.

Electrolyte drinks (like AMINOS or Collagen peptides plus electrolytes, which we stock at Over 40s TC ) provide the sodium, potassium, and magnesium your body needs to actually absorb water and stay energised.
