In January I was & by as the 2025 Inside Sales High Achiever + I received the H1 & H2 sales awards. 🏆
This was not achieved alone & I would never want it to be, for me sharing & lifting up everyone around me, as well as learning & growing from those around me, is the reason I love coming to work everyday.
I am so grateful for my long term mentor & my recent mentor & leader of ISS for being such strong, caring & encouraging women in my journey. I cannot recommend enough finding yourself a who encourage you to step outside your comfort zone, within a safe space to try new things & grow as a person each & every day. I have been unbelievably blessed with so many women cheering me on, lifting me up, believing in me and at no point being in competition with me.
I thank you deeply. ❣️
This achievement, firstly took me back to the 9 year old me returning from living in Japan, without being able to read or write english. This lead to being bullied & ostracised by the Australian kids & not just feeling but deeply knowing I was stupid & didn’t fit in. I am so proud of myself for working so incredibly hard to show myself I can do hard things, over and over again and I am in control of my own destiny. 9 year old me would never have believed that today I would have friends & people who care about me or be in a corporate position where I am valued and bring value. 🎉
is everything! Investing in yourself isn’t selfish. I am proud of who I am today and will continue to grow and change & evolve not because I dislike myself, which is how it started but because I know I’m worth it and will bring value to the Animals, People and the planet in my time here on Mother Earth. 🐶
