We sometimes forget how easy it can be to incorporate exercise into our day.

Here are 5 tips to help ensure you get your daily dose.

1. Plan it. Put in your calendar, schedule it into your day

2. Not every workout needs to go for and hour long. If time is an issue try aim for 15 - 20min workouts on your busy days

3. Incorporate it into your daily routine, run to your coffee shop, walk the kids to school, take the stairs at the train station

4. Make a workout ritual in your home. Everytime you walk past a certain door, open the fridge you need to do 10 squats or 5 burpees

5. And lastly remember s*x burns a lot calories, so don’t discount this as part of your exercise routine
