🌱 Workwise Program – Building Skills, Confidence & Independence 🌱
At Carewise Group, all of our Supported Independent Living participants get guaranteed employment through our Workwise Program.
Through Workwise, we teach our young men practical landscaping skills such as lawn mowing, weeding, whipper snipping, and more. They earn an industry-standard wage while building valuable employability skills, learning to work as a team, and practising social skills alongside their work colleagues.
It’s more than just a job – it’s a pathway to confidence, independence, and future opportunities.
