2026 could not have started in a better way in my opinion!!!

Today started with a 3:30am alarm, headed to burleigh to hit the annual LSKD new year run, no 26kms on the cards today but we hit a rough 8km!!

Beach was hit. Waves were hit. Fun was had. Feeling aligned.

The way you start the new years sets the standard for the year!!

one whole year of Growth By Chlo, these past 12 months have my heart so warm & full, I can not believe the amount of journeys I have been able to be apart of, some big, some small, some brief & some that will last a lifetime.

I am so genuinely proud of each and every woman apart of this community today & what they have been able to achieve, i am so thankful for them choosing me & to be under my guidance, thank you to every single one of you, near & far for believing in me, trusting me & having fun alongside me, especially in your sessions & with your training!

These past 12 months have not come easy, they’ve come with a lot of blood, sweat & tears (as the saying goes) but also with a hell if a lot of hard work, it’s hard to put into words, it’s hard to believe it’s been a year of calling this a ā€˜job’ cause it feels far from it, it feels like I show up to the gym everyday to hang out with 31 of my besties!!

There are so so so many people past my clients to thank for this journey I now call a career, from the ones closet to me, fitness cartel, my business mentor & most of my parents, with out this circle we would not have had yesterday.

Here’s to 2026, a part of me tells me we’re about to go bigger šŸ„¹šŸ«¶šŸ¼

Girls, ever wondered why you’re not seeing the progress you’re after even though you’re putting in a lot of effort? šŸ‘€šŸ«¢

1. Many of us girls try to go ā€œall inā€ for a few weeks, but then life gets busy, or we become discouraged because results aren’t coming straight away..

The key to seeing progress is consistent, sustainable effort over time, even if it’s not perfect!!

The ā€œon-again, off-againā€ cycle can halt progress more than anything, whilst you think your effort is there, it’s not going to help you progress unless you are CONSISTENT!

2.Ā  You can work hard in every workout, but if your nutrition isn’t aligned with your goals (regardless if your goal is weight loss or to build muscle ect) it will be much harder for you to see the results you’re chasing!Ā 

Many females don’t realize what they eat, as well as how much we actually eat! Plays a huge role, often in ways they don’t notice! Having a diet aligned to your goals will help you progress further whilst helping with your recovery, sleep & also energy levels!

3. So many of us focus on more workouts, pushing ourselves harder, wondering what else they can add to their routine to get them to their goal faster!Ā 

Truth is rest & recovery is often overlooked!
Having a good sleep cycle as well as a good active recovery implemented into your health & fitness goals is what is going to help you achieve that goal, less is more!

Without the appropriate & adequate rest & sleep regime, your body will take longer to recover.. Meaning you are further away from that goal you’re chasing!
