or PMS?

Understanding the difference between the two can help support earlier intervention.

Although, more research is needed there is an emerging link between ADHD and neurodivergence and PMDD.

If you are noticing cyclical mood changes that significantly impact your life, seeking support from your healthcare professional can be helpful.

Tracking your symptoms across 3 months is a great place to start. There are many apps available to aid this or go the old fashioned way with a notebook and journal daily.

Having the data can be incredibly validating and useful for your healthcare support team.

We had a wonderful get together at the recent Meet & Greet with

Held in our new NDIS office, the group sat together with Leanne and discussed different topics about writing, rejection sensitivity dysphoria & neurodiversity.

Later we recorded a conversation about the importance of neuro-affirming care, the differences between UK & Australian healthcare systems and alot in between! ๐Ÿ˜‰

Thank you to everyone who came out to the Burleigh heads clinic yesterday and of course to Leanne who was so gracious to come up to see everyone.
