🌈I spent 2 years of constantly lucid dreaming an astral travelling. I would have these experiences every 2nd night .

Of course I would put effort into having these experiences by doing a certain meditation an breath work at a certain time to activate my pineal gland .

Personally from my experiences that our health an physical well being is connected to our astral self an dream self .

The brighter experiences I had the better my health would get .

The darker experiences would lead to more physical health problems .

If you have health problems you will most likely face a lot of challenges within your dreams & emotional self, an this can result to energy drains an worsening of health .

That’s my personal experiences .
